“Tai Kat Tai Ley” Apple Amulet
This pretty amulet features three auspicious fruits together with the Anti-Conflict Amulet to offer protection from aggression and conflict brought by the Quarrelsome No 3 Star.
The apple is engraved with the Chinese words “Her Ping”, meaning “peace”, to promote harmony and smooth relationships. The orange is engraved with the words “Tai Kat”, meaning “great luck”, to represent wealth and good fortune. The golden pear has the words “Tai Ley” engraved, meaning “great profits”, to bring wonderful prosperity luck and long-term success. Together, they symbolise the popular Chinese greeting “Tai Kat Tai Ley”, which translates to “great luck and great profits” – a wish that is full of symbolism.

Chinatown Singapore
I first saw this painting on Clare’s social media and immediately loved it. I loved the vibrant shades of Red and all the bits and pieces characteristic of Singapore’s Chinatown, including the famous dragon dance, which Clare so skillfully blended together.
Chinatown is one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods to visit in the Little Red Dot, a riot of colour is everywhere, from the buildings to the cakes, trinkets and beautiful lanterns on sale in the shops and night markets.
