April is a month of doubles, meaning the monthly stars double up with the annual stars, making some areas of the home extremely lucky and other areas even more dangerous. Hostility in the CENTRE of the chart intensifies, making people even more aggressive.
Negative stars in the SE, SOUTH and WEST are strengthened too, bringing illness, loss and misfortune. If you live in a house facing one of these directions, you need to be extra careful. Make sure you have adequate protection in your home and carry protective amulets.
The lucky sectors are SW, EAST, NE, NORTH and NW, enjoying double of their respective fortunes. These are the places to activate (if you have not done so already) and spend more time in this month. It is also very promising to see that the matriarch and patriarch both enjoy wonderful good luck. In a month where quarrelsome energies are so strong, this is a very positive sign.
The Flying Stars chart below shows nine fields, each containing two numbers. The big number on the left of each field represents the annual star (red = afflictive, black = auspicious) and the smaller number on the right represents the current monthly star. These smaller numbers change every month and therefore create new energy patterns in your home and office.
If you are not yet familiar with the compass orientations of your home, then please use a reliable compass to take the directions. I recommend taking the compass readings as follows:
- Take one compass reading from your main door, looking out.
- Take another reading from the center of your living room, looking towards your balcony or picture window.
These two readings should enable you to determine the compass directions and locations of your home, so you can ascertain which stars fly into which area.
Please take particular note of the location of your main entrance and your master bedroom, as the stars in those sectors will affect you the most. For those of you who work from home, the location of your home office/work station at home is obviously also important.
SOUTHEAST (2/2)
The SE is home to two Illness Stars, bringing increased danger of illness to those staying here. You may find yourself tiring easily and picking up all the bugs around you. Serious injuries caused by accidents are also possible.
Look out for your health and place an Abundance Wu Lou in your SE if you have not already done so. Keep this area as quiet as possible. If you feel stressed or overwhelmed, it is best to reinforce your protection by placing a Medicine Buddha Plaque on your bedside table and carrying an Abundance Wu Lou amulet.
Elderly people should not sleep in the SE this month.
SOUTH (7/7)
The double Burglary & Loss Star in the SOUTH brings fierce energies of violence, danger of robbery, betrayal and loss. It is best not to use this sector this month and postpone any renovation or home improvement plans.
To protect yourselves and your home, you can display the Elephant & Rhino with Ksitigarbha Staff and a Magic Macaw in your SOUTH. For smaller SOUTH rooms, an Anti-Burglary Lumi Tile is also suitable.
Those of you staying in SOUTH-facing homes or bedrooms in the SOUTH ought to take extra precautions and carry an Elephant & Rhino with Ksitigarbha Staff amulet this month.
Couples with bedroom in the SOUTH might face some marital issues caused by infidelity or dishonesty. Keep your loving bond strong by placing a pair of Bejewelled Mandarin Ducks on your bedside table and carrying a Padlock of Love amulet.
SOUTHWEST (9/9)
The double 9 Stars in the SW are extremely auspicious, promising great wealth, prosperity and good fortune luck that will last for generations. This is great news for all women, especially mothers, matriarchs and fempreneurs!
Spend more time in the SW this month and keep this area active with noise and activity.
In addition, you can activate this fabulous luck with the Double 9 Plaque or a Lucky 9 Activator. Keep the lights switched on every evening for several hours.

WEST (5/5)
There is serious misfortune luck in the WEST, making it a very dangerous place to be. However, the two Misfortune Stars also form the “Sum of Ten”, bringing completion luck.

NORTHEAST (6/6)

Those of you who spend a lot of time in the NE or are born in the Years of the Ox or Tiger can look forward to financial windfalls, monetary benefits and helpful people entering their lives. Networking efforts will pay off and you can strengthen your alliances.
