For those of you who are house hunting, be it for buying or renting, an important first step is to ensure that the home you are looking at is actually suitable for you and your family. To do this, we will check if your good directions are compatible with the house/apartment.
Simply send us the floor plan, either by e-mail as a pdf file, or by post to Feng Shui Focus (see contact us), together with the dates of birth of all family members. The floor plan needs to clearly indicate the compass directions, if possible North to the exact degree.
When looking at properties, always ask for its age if the estate agent does not tell you. Knowing the age of the property will allow us to undertake a deeper analysis.
An assessment report will be e-mailed back to you with our recommendations and we will be available to answer any questions you may have.

What is involved in a consultation?
A Feng Shui consultation is a very personal experience. We will need your floor plans and the dates of birth of all family members before the agreed visit.
The consultation takes place at your home and lasts about 2 – 2 1/2 hours. After taking various compass readings in different rooms you will be given a preliminary analysis and explanation of the different sectors of your home as well as each person’s good and bad directions.
This will be followed by a comprehensive written report including detailed information on the 8 Aspirations, 8 Mansions and Flying Star analysis. The report will of course also include recommendations on how to improve the energy flow, make best use of your good and bad directions, protect yourself against afflicting energies (in particular “bad” flying stars), enhance the lucky sectors of your home, and find practical solutions to any areas that might need adjusting. Emphasis will be given to particular issues you would like to address.
