After a month of caution, we need to be even more careful in June, as this is a month of doubles because the monthly and annual stars align. That means, the energy in each compass sector will be extremely strong, and this works both ways – the spaces will be extremely positive or extremely negative and dangerous. There is no middle ground.
The NE, EAST and SE are the most afflicted areas and will need powerful cures. In addition, the NW is badly afflicted by two Misfortune Stars, bringing great danger to the patriarch, as well as the Dog and Boar.
Looking at the brighter sides – NORTH or SOUTH facing homes are extremely lucky this month with plenty of prosperity luck. The SW and WEST are further areas where you want to spend a lot of time this month to benefit from the most auspicious Chi.
The double No 4 Star in the CENTRE suggests that people are willing and happy to help each other out, which is nice! It is a good time to show goodwill and to build stronger connections with the people that are important in your life.
The Flying Stars chart below shows nine fields, each containing two numbers. The big number on the left of each field represents the annual star (red = afflictive, black = auspicious) and the smaller number on the right represents the current monthly star. These smaller numbers change every month and therefore create new energy patterns in your home and office.
If you are not yet familiar with the compass orientations of your home, then please use a reliable compass to take the directions. I recommend to take the compass readings as follows:
- Take one compass reading from your main door, looking out.
- Take another reading from the center of your living room, looking towards your balcony or picture window.
These two readings should enable you to determine the compass directions and locations of your home, so you can ascertain which stars fly into which area.
Please take particular note of the location of your main entrance door and your master bedroom, as the stars in those sectors will affect you the most. For those of you who work from home, the location of your home office/work station at home is obviously also important.
SOUTHEAST (3/3)
The Quarrelsome No 3 Star doubles in the SE and brings increased conflict, disagreements and possibility of lawsuits to those staying here. If your main door or bedroom is in the SE, you might find that family quarrels are more frequent and heated.
It is best to keep this area as quiet as possible. To calm the conflict energy, you can display the Red Prosperity Elephant here and add red accessories, e.g. a red carpet or a red picture. A laughing Buddha would also be a great option to help keep everyone calm.
Those of you who spend a lot of time in the SE or are born in the Years of the Dragon or Snake would benefit from carrying a Trinity of Apples Amulet or a Red Prosperity Elephant with Anti-Conflict Amulet.
Married couples with bedroom in the SE can display a Marriage Lock on their bedside table to protect their loving marriage. Red pillows would also be a good idea.
SOUTH (8/8)
Wealth luck doubles in the SOUTH, which is particularly useful for those of you who wish to manifest a higher income or acquire new assets that have growth potential.
But everyone can tap into this fabulous wealth and money luck by placing a Pak Choy or Big Money Bull in their SOUTH. In addition, you can carry a Pak Choy Amulet, a Big Money Bull Amulet or the 3 Sheep on Mountain Amulet to attract wealth luck wherever you go.
You can also display a Wind Horse Lumi Tile on your desk to give your work and business success a boost.
SOUTHWEST (1/1)
The SW is the home of two Victory Stars, which attract wonderful opportunities and will boost your success potential. Those living in SW-facing houses or SW bedrooms will have increased chances to gain recognition. This is excellent news for all women, especially mothers and matriarchs and fempreneurs! If you are born in the Years of the Sheep or Monkey you can greatly benefit too.
If you wish to speed up your career, you can place a Dragon Tortoise Ru Yi on your desk.
If you wish to grow your business, you can place a Wind Horse Lumi Tile on your desk instead and carry a Joyous Wind Horse Amulet.
Students can tap into this fabulous energy for study luck by carrying a Smart Vibrations Mirror or a Wisdom Pagoda with Scholastic Talisman Amulet.
EAST (2/2)
Having TWO Illness Stars in the EAST is not to be taken lightly. If your house faces EAST or your bedroom or home office is located here, you are likely to fall sick more easily or feel lethargic all the time. You also become more susceptible to spiritual disturbances or might suffer a serious accident or injury. Please pay more attention to your health. Check your surroundings and remove anything that might cause accidents or mishaps. Those of you born in the Year of the Rabbit need to be super careful too!
Make sure you display the Luo Han with Crane together with a Metal Wu Lou in your EAST and carry a Healing Herbs & Longevity Amulet when you are out and about.
Elderly people or anyone who is already suffering from ill health should not have their bedroom in the EAST for this month.
Do not have bright lights in your EAST.
CENTRE (4/4)
Two No 4 Stars in the CENTRE promise wonderful good fortune luck that brings improved creativity, academic success and love & romance chi.
If you wish to discover your inner creativity and greater wisdom you can display the Manjushri Wisdom Stupa in your CENTRE space.
If you wish to or need to do well in your studies, you can display the Brush with View of 3 Peaks in your CENTRE and carry or place on your desk a Wisdom Pagoda with Scholastic Talisman Amulet.
If you are looking for new love, you can use the Romance Comb instead.
Married couples who wish to rekindle their loving feelings can display the Marriage Lock or Happy Marriage Comb.
Keeping fresh flowers in your CENTRE is also an easy way to strengthen the No 4 Stars.
WEST (6/6)
The WEST is extremely lucky thanks to the two Heaven Stars bringing celestial blessings, financial windfalls and gains, and mentor luck. The No 6 Star also helps to boost networking efforts, strengthens alliances and attracts people into your life who are able to help you if needed. It also helps to remove obstacles, paving your way to the success you are hoping for.
Spend more time in your WEST room this month, light it up with lights and keep the space active.
To attract heaven luck, you can display the Heavenly Star Windchime or a Golden Dragon Holding a Pearl.
To activate windfall luck, you can place the Windfall Luck Activator in your WEST instead.

NORTHEAST (7/7)
The two No 7 Stars bring great danger to the NE unfortunately. This can be in the form of violence, betrayal or any kind of loss (financial or loss of physical items or relationships). Keep this area quiet this month and avoid spending time here. Do not carry out any renovations or home improvements this month either.
If your main door or bedroom is in the NE, you must take double precautions to stay protected. Protect your house with an Anti-Burglary Plaque or the pair of Royal Elephant & Cosmic Rhino and carry the Armoured Elephant & Rhino Keychain. For smaller NE spaces, the Anti-Burglary Lumi Tile will be very suitable.
It is also a good idea to protect your wealth by carrying a Wealth Lock Amulet, especially if you are an Ox or Tiger.
NORTH (9/9)
The NORTH is the place of the Future Prosperity Star times two and fabulous good fortune energies. New opportunities, easy success, contentment and happiness, you name it! If you are staying in the NORTH room, you will also be very motivated this month and eager to achieve your goals.

NORTHWEST (5/5)
The NW is a serious trouble spot this month with the No 5 Misfortune Star doubling up, bringing increased danger of misfortune, illness or money loss to those staying here. The patriarchs and people in leading positions are at high risk of facing major obstacles.
However, there is also strong completion luck, as the stars for the most auspicious “Sum of Ten”.
To make the most of the energies here while staying protected, I suggest you display an Emerald Pagoda in your NW and carry an Emerald Pagoda Amulet to counter the misfortune energy. In addition, keep the Sum of Ten Amulet close to you to ensure things go smoothly for you.
