7th December 2023 – 5th January 2024
The CENTRE sector is afflicted this month by the No 7 Robbery & Loss Star, which is not nice! It is a warning to us all that we need to be careful who we trust and be careful with our expenses too. Chances of betrayals are high and there is an increased risk of robbery and theft. We need to be careful of pickpockets too! Especially when we are out Christmas shopping.
So, the CENTRE and everyone in your household needs protection. You can place a Royal Elephant & Cosmic Rhino and a Protection Peacock in the CENTRE of your home and everybody ought to carry a protective amulet when they are out.
The EAST and NORTH sectors also need strong cures and should be kept quiet this month.
The luckiest areas are the WEST and SW. Plan on spending more time there and keep these sectors lively with your presence, light and music.
The remaining areas have mixed energies and I invite you to read on for the full monthly update.
The Flying Stars chart below shows nine fields, each containing two numbers. The big number on the left of each field represents the annual star (red = afflictive, black = auspicious) and the smaller number on the right represents the current monthly star. These smaller numbers change every month and therefore create new energy patterns in your home and office.
If you are not yet familiar with the compass orientations of your home, then please use a reliable compass to take the directions. I recommend to take the compass readings as follows:
- Take one compass reading from your main door, looking out.
- Take another reading from the center of your living room, looking towards your balcony or picture window.
These two readings should enable you to determine the compass directions and locations of your home, so you can ascertain which stars fly into which area.
Please take particular note of the location of your main entrance and your master bedroom, as the stars in those sectors will affect you the most. For those of you who work from home, the location of your home office/work station at home is obviously also important.
SOUTHEAST (3/6)
The SE is home to the No 6 Heaven Star this month, which is wonderful news, especially for people born in the Years of the Dragon or Snake and anyone who spends a lot of time there. You can look forward to meeting new mentors, financial windfalls and new opportunities! Anyone who has career ambitions should tap into the energy of the No 6 Star here. Your skills will get recognized and acknowledged and you might even enjoy some kind of special bonus or windfall. Those of you who run their own business might find exciting offers presenting themselves.
You can activate this fabulous luck with a Golden Dragon Holding a Perl. If you would like to boost mentor luck instead, you can display a Nobleman Gui Ren Talisman Plaque and carry a Nobleman Star Talisman amulet.
Those who would like to activate for increased wealth luck and windfalls can display the Windfall Luck Activator and carry a Windfall Luck amulet.
Remember the annual No 3 Star though as that can still cause trouble and aggression. Make sure your SE does not get too busy and noisy and display the Trinity of Apples or some red accessories to help keep the peace in your home – especially at Christmas!
SOUTH (8/2)
The SOUTH enjoys the “Sum of Ten”, bringing enhanced completion and wealth luck. It is a great sector for those of you who have a lot to do or starting new projects. The monthly No 2 Illness Star could cause some health problems though or spiritual disturbances, so please make sure you have adequate protection if you regularly spend a fair amount of time in the SOUTH.
It would be best to display a Healing Herbs & Longevity Wu Lou to be on the safe side. People born in the Year of the Horse and those living in SOUTH-facing houses would also benefit from carrying an Abundance Wu Lou amulet this month.
To activate the “Sum of Ten”, you can display the Completion Horse in your SOUTH and carry a Sum-of-Ten amulet.
SOUTHWEST (1/4)
This is one of the luckiest sectors this month, promising an auspicious time especially for people living in SW bedrooms or SW-facing homes. Matriarchs and those born in the Years of the Sheep or Monkey will also benefit greatly but EVERYONE can take advantage of the fabulous energy in the SW!
The No 4 Star brings academic luck and creativity. Good ideas and learning new things will come easily. Students will enjoy better concentration when studying in the SW this month while words will come easily to those in writing professions. This is definitely an area where you want to spend more time.
You can boost academic luck by displaying the Scholar with Eagle Mini Plaque in your SW and carrying an Eagle Scholastic amulet.
The No 4 Star also helps with romance and networking luck, which you can activate with the Cardinal Connectivity Activator. Those looking for love might want to display Kurukulle, the Goddess of Love in the SW or a Pair of Bejewelled Mandarin Ducks.
EAST (2/5)
The EAST is heavily afflicted unfortunately, with the monthly No 5 Misfortune Star meeting the annual No 2 Illness Star. Those staying here and people born in the Year of the Rabbit need to be very careful, as illness, accidents and injuries are very likely. Your plans could be derailed, and you might suffer severe money loss. It is important to keep this part of your home quiet and do not undertake any renovations here. Strong remedies are needed.
To suppress the No 5 Star, you can display a large Emerald Pagoda. To protect your health, you can use a Medicine Buddha Plaque or a metal Wu Lou.
If your main door or bedroom is in the EAST, it would be wise to carry a Tri-Coloured 5 Element Pagoda Hanging and wear a Medicine Buddha & Vairocana Ring.
It is also a good idea to protect your wealth and assets by carrying a Wealth Lock amulet.
CENTRE (4/7)
The monthly No 7 Star is causing havoc in the CENTRE, bringing great danger of loss and betrayals that will affect everyone. Keep your guard up! Be careful who you trust and never leave your belongings out of sight when you are out.
Everybody ought to carry an Elephant & Rhino with Ksitigarbha’s Staff amulet to protect themselves against deceitful people. If you are suspecting that somebody is jealous of you, you can carry or wear an Anti-Evil Eye or a 28 Hums Amulet for protection. At work, it might be a good idea to place a Rooster with Crown on your desk and keep Kuan Kung with Anti-Robbery Amulet near you.
Combined with the annual No 4 Star, there might be external temptations leading to infidelity and causing problems in relationships. You might want to pay more attention to your partner this month. Re-introduce date nights! Display a Pair of Bejewelled Mandarin Ducks in your SW and carry a Happy Marriage Comb amulet to keep your relationship strong and loving.
WEST (6/9)
Good fortune awaits you in the WEST, as the monthly No 9 Power Star multiplies the luck of the No 6 Heaven Star, bringing good news and fabulous opportunities that help secure a bright future. Spend as much time as you can here!
To activate this great good luck, you can place a Nine Rank Badge Plaque or a Heavenly Star Windchime here.
You can boost wealth and investment luck by inviting Golden Tara into your home.
If you want to be recognized at work, place a Dragon Tortoise Ru Yi on your desk and carry a Nobleman Star Talisman amulet.
People who have their bedroom in the WEST will enjoy a very fulfilling time.
NORTHEAST (7/1)
The NE is one of the places with mixed energies. The good news is the monthly No 1 Victory Star, which brings success luck and boosts your vitality, helping you achieve what you have set your mind to. It also helps you make the right decisions.
If you need this kind of luck, you can activate it with the Prosperity Flag with Dragon placed in the NE. You can also carry a new Period 9 Wind Horse Amulet.
The No 1 Star also brings exam luck for students. You can place a Dragon Carp in your NE to boost success in your studies or keep a Wisdom Pagoda with Scholastic Talisman Amulet near you when you study.
The annual No 7 Robbery & Loss Star is still a danger though. Please check your cures are still in place, especially if you live in a NE-facing house, and carry an Armoured Rhino & Elephant amulet.
NORTH (9/3)
Conflict Chi enters the NORTH, causing arguments and misunderstandings. Magnified by the annual No 9 Star, it will be very easy for little quarrels to get out of hand. It will be best to keep this area quiet and remember to stay calm.
You can display or hang a Happy Laughing Buddha here, add some red accessories or display a Magic Cosmic Apple. People who live in NORTH-facing houses or NORTH bedrooms ought to carry a Trinity of Apples amulet for protection.
Married couples, especially when they spend a lot of time in the NORTH, are encouraged to display a Marriage Lock on their bedside table to ensure their relationship stays strong. They can also carry a Happy Marriage Comb amulet or a Padlock of Love.
NORTHWEST (5/8)
The No 8 Prosperity Star enhances wealth luck in the NW, which is great news for the patriarchs, heads of families and people leading teams, groups and businesses. It also helps those born in the Years of the Dog or Boar to have some good money luck at the end of the year.
To activate, you can display a Pak Choy in the NW of your home or office and carry a Pak Choy amulet.
To attract financial windfalls, you can display the Windfall Luck Activator instead and carry a Windfall Luck amulet.
BUT because the NW is still home to the annual No 5 Misfortune Star, you should also carry a Wealth Lock amulet to help keep your money and assets safe.
